They desire to, before the eyes of their Gods and those of their guild and friends to profess their intention to, from this day forward, walk the road of life together. Haawk you are all to me that a man and a shaman should. You are learned, patient and caring. You abide by nature's laws as I do. Over time we have grown from a meeting of minds to a joining of hearts. You are the sun in my days and the stars that light my nights. I know and trust that I can look to you for strength, guidance and protection. Tonight I pledge myself to you before our guildmates and friends. My heart is yours. I hope our gods will bless and smile upon our union as you make me smile. |

Laice, I wish I were a bard and not a shaman, then I could find the right
words to let you know just how much you mean to me. But my way (like yours) is the way of
nature, so I will draw from what I do know. Your voice is more musical than the birds of
spring, your eyes are more blue than the skies of summer, your hair more red than the
leaves of autumn, and your skin more pure than the snows of winter. You are the light that
lights my days, and the stars that fill my nights. My love for you is deeper than the
Ocean of Tears, and will last longer than the water that follows over that waterfall.
